The Polypropylene Plant was inaugurated on July 18, 2018, with the participation of Azerbaijani President&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/report.az\/en\/person\/ilham-aliyev\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ilham Aliyev<\/a>&nbsp;and Italian President Sergio Mattarella.
