{"id":6664,"date":"2021-06-19T00:56:49","date_gmt":"2021-06-18T20:56:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/qia.az\/en\/milli-majlis-discusses-criteria-for-determining-disability\/"},"modified":"2021-06-19T00:56:49","modified_gmt":"2021-06-18T20:56:49","slug":"milli-majlis-discusses-criteria-for-determining-disability","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/qia.az\/en\/milli-majlis-discusses-criteria-for-determining-disability\/","title":{"rendered":"Milli Majlis discusses criteria for determining disability"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> [ad_1]<br \/>\n<br \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/qia.az\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2021\/06\/Milli-Majlis-discusses-criteria-for-determining-disability.jpeg\" \/><\/p>\n<div itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n<p>Eleven issues were considered at the meeting of the Milli Mejlis Committee on Labor and Social Policy.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/report.az\/en\/\">Report<\/a> informs, citing the Press and Public Relations Department of the Milli Majlis, that the discussions involved first deputy chairman of the Milli Majlis Ali Huseynli, deputy chairman of the Milli Majlis Adil Aliyev, head of the Milli Majlis apparatus Safa Mirzoyev, chairmen and deputies of eight parliamentary committees, representatives of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, representatives of the Agency for Expertise and Rehabilitation.<\/p>\n<p>The deputies were informed that over the past three years, a law \u201cOn the rights of persons with disabilities\u201d was adopted, and in connection with its application, 18 normative legal acts were prepared and approved. Together with international organizations and experts, \u201cCriteria for determining disability\u201d have been developed.
