The Center&#8217;s primary purpose is to monitor the implementation of the provisions arising from the trilateral statement and the agreements reached.<\/p>\n<p>The total area of the Turkish-Russian Joint Monitoring Center is about 4 hectares. There are administrative and living rooms of 65 modular service offerings in the area. All rooms are equipped with the necessary equipment &#8211; water, electricity, and heating. Besides, a joint monitoring center, a briefing room, a canteen for 100 people, a medical center, a laundry, a hairdresser, a tailor, and a shop for the use of both parties exist in the Center. The Center also includes a water station, a transformer, a generator, a parking lot, two outdoor sports camps, and two indoor gyms, food, and cold storage in the area. The whole place was fenced along the perimeter with four observation-control towers and a daily observation system.
