From January through July of this year, Georgia hosted 37,692 Azerbaijani travelers, down 86.4% from the same period last year, Report‘s local bureau informs, citing the Georgian National Tourism Administration.
Some 8,397 Azerbaijanis traveled to Georgia in July 2021, a twofold increase (4,373) from a year earlier.
A total of 230,902 international travelers visited Georgia in the reporting period, a fivefold increase over one year ago.
