A new press secretary has been appointed to the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Report informs, citing the Ombudsman’s Office.
According to the information, Emil Shahzade has been appointed head of the Information and Public Relations Department of the Ombudsman’s Office.
He has worked in television and radio journalism for many years.
