Azerbaijani and French youths address National Assembly of France

The Caspian Research Center in France has sent a letter to the members of the National Assembly of France, senators, media outlets, and well-known journalists about Armenia’s unacceptable behavior in the South Caucasus region, Report informs, referring to the State Committee on Work with Diaspora.

According to the Committee, the letter draws attention to the facts such as various crimes committed by Armenia against Azerbaijan during the 30-year occupation. Among these crimes are acts of vandalism against Azerbaijan’s historical and cultural heritage, planting of mines in Karabakh before and after the trilateral agreement, an increase of landmine victims in Azerbaijan, contamination of Okhchuchay River, and significant threat of use this river on flora, fauna and human health.

The authors expressed their serious concern over the abovementioned issues and called on the French public to influence Armenia to fulfill its international commitments to security and environmental protection in the South Caucasus.
