On November 10, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan have held a phone conversation, QİA.AZ reports.
The heads of the states have congratulated each other on the occasion of the bright victory of Azerbaijan. President Ilham Aliyev once again extended gratitude to the Turkish President and Turkish people for political and moral support to Azerbaijan during the war.
Recep Tayyip Erdogan thanked the President of Azerbaijan for the high appreciation of his country’s support.
The Presidents of Azerbaijan and Turkey said that our friendly and brotherly countries and peoples will continue to stand by each other.
During the telephone conversation, the establishment of a Turkish-Russian peacekeeping center to monitor the ceasefire were praised highly and expressed confidence that this center will contribute to ensuring long lasting peace in the region.
