On February 26, on the occasion of the 29th anniversary of the Khojaly genocide, the Minister of Defense Colonel General Zakir Hasanov and the leadership of the Ministry have visited the Khojaly genocide memorial.The flowers were laid at the memorial and the memory of the victims of the tragedy was honored.
