A telephone conversation took place on November 10, 2020 between minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan and minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, the Press service department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs told QİA.AZ
The minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey sincerely congratulated minister Jeyhun Bayramov and the Azerbaijani people on occasion of the victory.
He stressed that as one nation, two states, Turkey shares this joy of Azerbaijan.
