Azerbaijan has sent 100 people to help Turkey eliminate wildfires, Turkey’s Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu told A-Haber, Report informs.

“On the one hand, we work to contain the fire and, on the other hand, we try to assist the citizens worst affected by the fire in the shortest possible term. The Turkish Foreign Ministry is doing everything possible to this end. Many people from abroad also want to help. Azerbaijan has sent 100 people. Also, the fraternal country will send helicopters and other vehicles. They will be delivered by land. We are grateful to them,” the Foreign Minister said.

He added that other countries also provided assistance to Turkey, particularly Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Ukraine sent specialists to help eliminate the wildfires.
