“Turkish and Russian military delegations held meetings in Ankara regarding Karabakh, our mutual cooperation continues,” Turkish Defence Minister Hulusi Akar said, QİA.AZ reports citing Anadolu Agency.
Mr. Akar recalled that after the signing of the statement on Nagorno-Karabakh, a memorandum was signed between the Turkish and Russian Defense Ministries on the establishment of a joint ceasefire control center.
“A large technical team came from Russia in this regard. We have held meetings and our mutual cooperation continues,” said the Turkish Minister.
