Israeli official: We hope Azerbaijan will open its embassy in our country

“Several achievements have been made in Azerbaijan-Israel relations over the past thirty years. Opening of Azerbaijan’s trade and tourism representations in Israel is a historical stage in relations,” Israeli Tourism Minister Yoel Razvozov said, speaking at the opening of the indicated offices.

“We hope for the soonest opening of the Azerbaijani embassy in Israel. Taking advantage of this occasion, I would like to thank President Aliyev for making such an important decision and strengthening our relations. Also, I would like to thank Azerbaijan’s Minister of Economy, Mikayil Jabbarov, for his role in building ties between the two countries. He has been present in the policy related to Israel from the first days, and we have always admired his honesty and friendship. He has also helped a lot to the Jewish community. I would also like to express my gratitude to our Finance Minister Avigdor Lieberman for his significant efforts in developing economic ties between our countries,” he said.
