Azerbaijan reports 4,273 new coronavirus cases: Task Force

Azerbaijan recorded 4,273 new COVID-19 cases, Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told “QİA.AZ”. As many as 4,164 people recovered from the infection, while 41 patients lost their lives over the past day. So far, 183,259 people have contracted coronavirus in Azerbaijan, 119,005 have recovered, while 2,007 died. At present, 62,247 people are receiving treatment. Azerbaijan has conducted 1,980,579 coronavirus tests over the past period. Today’s test number is 17,231.

4.7-magnitude quake hits Turkey

The 4.7-magnitude earthquake shook Turkey, “QİA.AZ” says, citing the European Mediterranean Seismological Center. The quake was recorded at 00:58 local time (01:58 Baku time). The epicenter was 46 kilometers north of Van and at a depth of 9 kilometers. The officials did not inform about casualties or damage.
