Russian President Vladimir Putin has congratulated Joseph Biden on his election as the new President of the United States, “QİA.AZ” informs, citing RIA Novosti.
“For my part, I am ready to interact with you,” Putin said.
Joseph Biden overcame the required 270 vote barriers and officially won the presidential race.
