Azerbaijani judoka Shahana Hajiyeva has reached the final of the Tokyo 2020 Summer Paralympic Games.
According to Report, the athlete in the weight category of 48 kg faced French Sandrine Martinet.
Hajiyeva, who defeated her opponent, became a Paralympic champion.

Three Azerbaijani judokas have qualified for medal matches at the Tokyo 2020 Summer Paralympic Games.
According to Report, Shahana Hajiyeva (48 kg) reached the final in the women’s category and Vugar Shirinli (60 kg) in men.
Another male judoka Namig Abasli (66 kg) will compete in the bronze medal match.
The next female judoka Basti Safarova (52 kg) lost in a consolation game and settled for 7th place.
