The Turkish parliament will consider the issue of sending the military to Azerbaijan, QİA.AZ reports referring to the Anadolu agency.
The draft decree, signed by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, was submitted on Nov. 16 for parliamentary approval.
