Isfandiyar Vahabzade was released from his duties as an ambassador in 2016 by the head of state for the shortcomings in his activity, Azerbaijan’s Foreign Ministry told Report.
“In such a case, as he does not represent either the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or other state bodies, it would not be correct for the Foreign Ministry to comment on his statements,” the ministry said.
